ReplyDeleteRe: Part 1, 10:00 The person who makes a suggestion is more than welcome to take steps to implement their idea, but not required. Let's not limit suggestions by saying that any idea requires the generator to do all the work.
Re: Part 1, 12:00, there's another option beyond non-profit and not-for-profit. A "benefit" corporation can be created in some states that would allow us to pursue a goal without worrying about either the non-profit paperwork or shareholder demands.
Re: Part 2, 01:47, the website being referred to is http://tmp2.wikia.com/wiki/Foundation_CIC. There are numerous parts to the Community Investment Corporation, including Greenstar Ventures.
